Dear Whatcom Wedding Professionals,
As a vendor member of the Whatcom Wedding Professionals, we are inviting you to participate in the first annual Whatcom Wedding Tour on Sunday, June 11, 2017.
The registration fee is only $130. Membership is $70
Additional reminders for the 2017 Tour:
To be a tour participant you must have an active/fully paid Whatcom Wedding Professional membership as of February 28, 2017 if you are a current member.
New members are welcome to join the tour up to May 30, 2017.
Registration fees must accompany tour applications. Registrations will not be considered received until payment is made online and in full. Only paid, pre-assigned members may participate in the tour. Final application deadline is May 30, 2017.
Participating venues must have an active host/greeter present at their venue for the duration of the tour.
All setup and display arrangements for the day of the tour will be coordinated by the assigned venue. Each venue, with their participating vendors, will decide in advance on a giveaway for their venue.
Participating vendors must have a representative present at their assigned booth for the duration of the tour.
All food related vendors must have a permit from the Whatcom County Health Department if they are going to serve samples (sampling is not required but recommended).
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASONS.
All participating venues and vendors must agree to the Tour Terms & Conditions.
The Tour Committee will place vendors at venues with openings. CLICK HERE for contact information for participating venues. CLICK HERE to view registration grid.
Only one vendor per category will be placed at each venue. For example if there are 8 venues there will be 8 available slots for photographers, 8 for florists, etc. (exceptions may be made if all the venues are filled with a category then venue and vendor must agree to second similar vendor).
